We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Customer Relationship Executive (Telecaller) [Female] to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships through effective telephonic interactions. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, addressing queries, and promoting our products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
Listen attentively to customers' requirements, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
Manage a portfolio of customers, maintaining regular communication to build rapport and trust.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Record and update customer details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Proactively resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to sales targets and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings.
Meet individual and team performance targets while adhering to quality standards.
Provide timely reports on call activities, outcomes, and customer feedback to management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
