Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Assist in customer onboarding and explain product/service details clearly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.
