Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or services. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required. Assist in customer onboarding and explain product/service details clearly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Good listening skills and a customer-first mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
