Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Customer communication:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling phone inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Relationship building:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to build loyalty.

Coordination:

Liaise between customers and other departments (like operations or sales) to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved.

Sales and events support:

Assist in organizing promotional events and providing customers with information about products and services.

After-sales support:

Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs, manage paperwork, and conduct pre-delivery inspections.

Data management:

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and prepare reports on performance and trends.

Problem-solving:

Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement measures to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications and skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints Organizational and time management skills Ability to work with CRM and other company databases Experience in customer service, especially within the automotive sector, is often preferred.
