Sales and events support:
Assist in organizing promotional events and providing customers with information about products and services.
After-sales support:
Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs, manage paperwork, and conduct pre-delivery inspections.
Data management:
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and prepare reports on performance and trends.
Problem-solving:
Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement measures to improve the customer experience.
