Kairali Ford is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to be the primary point of contact between our service center and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery, while also building long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
Greet and attend to customers visiting the service center, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Understand customer concerns and service requirements and communicate them effectively to the service advisor/team.
Keep customers informed about service progress, estimated costs, and timelines.
Manage customer appointments, service follow-ups, and feedback calls.
Handle complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and promote repeat visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
