Tawakkal is looking for an experienced female Customer Relationship Executive with

1-2 years of experience

and strong

English communication skills

to manage customer interactions and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls Explain products/services clearly to customers Maintain customer database and follow-ups Handle enquiries and basic complaint resolution Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements:

Female candidates only English communication must 1-2 years' experience in customer service/telecalling/CRE Good interpersonal and telephone etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & email)
