The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing customer queries and concerns, and supporting smooth store operations. The role includes coordination with the delivery team and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers professionally and provide product or service information.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive service experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Manage billing and front-end service responsibilities as required.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers regarding orders, returns, and special requests.
Assign delivery duties and daily delivery schedules to the delivery boys and ensure timely completion of all deliveries.
Track delivery status and handle customer communication related to delivery updates.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the service desk.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
Support store operations teamwork when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service / retail preferred.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
