Handled customer inquiries and provided detailed information regarding gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.

Evaluated gold ornaments for purity, weight, and value as per company standards and ensured accurate documentation.

Processed loan applications, verified KYC documents, and ensured compliance with RBI and company policies.

Managed daily cash transactions related to disbursement and repayment of loans.

Maintained customer records, loan files, and transaction reports with a high level of accuracy.

Assisted in loan renewals, interest collection, and closure of loan accounts.

Ensured prompt and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinated with branch management for achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
