Job Summary:

The

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining strong relationships, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role plays a key part in retaining customers and supporting sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests Coordinate with operations and service teams for timely service delivery Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management Support sales team with customer follow-ups and renewals Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
