The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Assist customers with documentation and process requirements
Follow up on leads, applications, and customer requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in this field is mandatory
