Job Summary



We are seeking a customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction and supporting sales and service teams through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions Maintain and update customer data and records Follow up with customers regarding service status, feedback, and satisfaction Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues Assist in lead management and customer retention activities Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability Ability to handle multiple customers professionally

Experience



0-2 years of experience in customer handling or CRM roles Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
