The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting retention and follow-up activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with patients while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Register patients and maintain accurate records in CRM/software
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and pricing clearly
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
Manage patient feedback, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction
Support lead conversion and patient retention initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Prepare daily reports on calls, appointments, and conversions
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Minimum
1-3 years
experience in customer service / front office / healthcare / clinic setup
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinic, or hospital environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
Fluency in English and local language(s)
