Store Executives
to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience in our footwear and leather accessories showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and understand their shopping needs
Provide product knowledge on footwear, including styles, materials, and usage
Guide customers through display shelves and explain pricing and quality
Assist customers in selecting the right shoe size and style
Help customers try on footwear and provide honest recommendations
Suggest suitable footwear for work, casual, or leisure use
Promote and sell belts, wallets, and other leather accessories along with footwear
Convert walk-in visitors into buyers by explaining product ranges and categories
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations
Ensure attractive product displays, correct pricing, and proper signage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and display areas
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required
Follow company policies, safety standards, and store procedures
Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Customer-friendly attitude and basic selling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in a retail and target-driven environment
