Job Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements Provide detailed information about marble, granite, tiles, and related products Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries Maintain customer records and daily inquiry reports Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation preferred (any stream) Good communication skills (English & local language) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing or CRM software is a plus) Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
