We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to manage customer interactions, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely and effective support
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide information about products/services and assist customers with bookings or requests
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for improvement

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
