This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, nurturing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive client relations. The role involves active communication with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have.

Qualifications



Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. This role is entirely sales-focused with strict monthly targets. Identify and target opportunities across existing and new prospects through cold calling and tele-calling. Prepare regular reports and analyses of achievements, opportunities and performance against plan KPIs. Fluency in English is required. Freshers can apply. Responsible for selling Broadband connection,telephone line and digital products to business customers. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base Maintains knowledge of day-to-day market developments and accurately assesses the opportunities provided. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Residing in or near Calicut / Kozhikode.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
