Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
+2 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel as required.
