Primary To handle customer enquiries related to electrical products through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media, and ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to order support.
Key Responsibilities o Attend incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media. o Understand customer requirements (product type, specification, quantity, delivery). o Share basic product information, catalogues, datasheets, and price details as per guidelines. o Coordinate with sales, technical, and dispatch teams for order-related updates. o Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending customer responses. o Maintain enquiry, quotation, and customer records in CRM / Excel. o Handle post-order communication such as delivery status and basic support. o Ensure professional and timely customer communication.
Skills & Qualification Requirements o Graduate / Diploma (Electrical preferred). o 1-3 year's experience in customer support or front-office roles. o Basic understanding of electrical products and terminology. o Good communication skills in English and local language. o Comfortable handling WhatsApp Business, calls, and emails. o Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
