Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and assist farmers and members with services
Support daily branch operations and customer transactions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Assist in loan processing, repayment follow-ups, and account coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve assigned service and operational targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Any Graduation
Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
Basic knowledge of banking/NBFC operations is an added advantage
Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English preferred
Willingness to work at any of the mentioned branch locations
