Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer queries and service-related calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound and outbound customer calls Provide accurate product/service information to customers Maintain customer records using Excel Coordinate with the service team for timely issue resolution Follow up with customers for feedback and service completion Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree Minimum

6 months of experience preferred
