Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Sales & Lead Management
Maintain a record of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Support the sales team by sharing updated lead information.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the sales, service, and operations team.
Share daily call reports and performance updates with the manager.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi as required)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and convincing ability
Patience and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with targets and timelines
Qualifications
Diploma / Any Degree
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
