Key Responsibilities
Make regular follow-up calls/messages for
payment collections
and ensure timely updates.
Share
order status updates
, delivery timelines and clarifications with clients.
Maintain updated records of client discussions, commitments, and follow-up actions.
Collect customer
feedback
, suggestions, and concerns; escalate to the concerned team.
Track inactive clients and assist the sales team in reactivation efforts.
Support the sales/operations team by coordinating daily communication with clients.
Maintain a CRM/Excel-based customer tracking sheet with 100% accuracy
Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
Confidence in follow-ups, reminders, and payment-related conversations.
Ability to clearly communicate updates and manage multiple clients.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Organised, disciplined, and consistent with daily reporting.
Ability to stay calm, polite, and professional in all situations.

Education
Any graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA/B.A preferred but not compulsory).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience
0-3 years experience in customer service, tele-calling, coordination, or admin roles.
Experience in jewellery/luxury/sales support roles is an advantage
Prepare daily/weekly CRE activity reports for the reporting manager.
