Key Roles & Responsibilities



Client management

: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers to build and maintain strong relationships.

Customer support

: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, providing information about products or services.

Problem-solving

: Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction.

Customer retention

: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and promote loyalty, such as customer retention programs.

Internal coordination

: Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to resolve systemic issues.

Reporting and analysis

: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and provide reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.

Relationship building

: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive rapport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
