Role Summary:



Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role ensures customer satisfaction, loyalty, and smooth coordination from product selection to post-purchase support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:



Create and maintain long-term customer relationships that build loyalty and trust. Understand customers' preferences, needs, and feedback to provide personalized service. Provide expert advice on watches, helping customers choose the ideal timepiece based on their style and requirements. Explain watch features, brand stories, craftsmanship, and product details clearly. Facilitate the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth, seamless, and satisfying customer experience. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues. Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products ordered online. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Skills & Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations Knowledge of luxury watches (preferred but not mandatory) Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues with patience Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
