Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling customer emails and communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Send product offers, quotations, and promotional updates to customers.
Coordinate and collect customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product details and pricing.
Follow up regularly with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and feedback.
Ensure all export documentation is prepared correctly and shared on time with relevant departments.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for dispatches, billing, and delivery tracking.
Handle payment follow-ups and support in collection activities.
Assist in order transfers, stock updates, and customer status reporting.
Maintain proper records of customer communications and update reports as required.
Work in sync with the European time zone to coordinate with international clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or related field).
Experience:
1-3 years in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Export Documentation.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail, especially in documentation and export processing.
Preference:
Female candidates with strong communication skills and ability to manage international communication (European time zone).
