The Customer Relations Executive (CRE) focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, addressing their inquiries, recommending suitable products, and ensuring their satisfaction. By maintaining clear communication and delivering a positive experience, the CRE supports repeat business, builds loyalty, and identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within the current customer base.

A) Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge& Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brands, materials, finishes, and pricing.
Accurately document customer interactions in Excel sheets or CRM software.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support:
Initiate calls with existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, requirements..
Provide solutions based on customer requirements, square footage, purpose, and budget.
Prepare rough estimations for customers and share relevant product information, including brochures, completed site photos, and experience center locations.
Lead Management:
Allocate leads to BDEs (Business Development Executives) and SOs (Sales Officers) based on their territories and lead locations.
Follow up with BDEs and SOs to track lead progress and update status.
Record visit details from ZSMs (Zone Sales Managers), BDEs, and SOs.
Quotations & Order Processing:
Prepare and verify quotations before forwarding them to customers, ensuring pricing accuracy and approval from BDEs or ZSMs.
Send quotations to customers, confirm prices before billing, and enter all received orders into CRM software.
Customer Communication:
Notify customers about due payments, cheque intimations, wallet refill reminders, material arrivals, and stock unavailability.
Introduce new products to customers and confirm receipt of cheques or cash after goods unloading.
Logistics Coordination:
Confirm vehicle routing plans and loading dates with customers.
Verify stock availability with the warehouse before confirming orders.
Coordinate vehicle plans to optimize delivery by checking nearby customer orders.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure accurate receivables tracking and timely reminders to customers.
Verify all estimates and quotations before sending them to the warehouse for processing.
