Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams for meetings and updates.
Maintain client records .
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge .
Experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
