Key Responsibilities:
Manage
inbound and outbound communication
through calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle
return and follow-up calls
to address customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to
social media comments and direct messages
, maintaining a consistent and professional brand tone.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant reports or CRM sheets.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, support, and assistance.
Escalate unresolved issues to the respective departments and ensure timely resolution.
Share customer insights and feedback with the management team to support service improvements.
Requirements:
Any degree or diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing a positive service experience.
