About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relations Executive

to manage client communication, follow up on enquiries, ensure timely completion of orders or services, and coordinate payment collection. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting smooth business operations from enquiry to post-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and follow up on customer enquiries

via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely responses and closure.

Coordinate with internal teams

(sales, operations, and accounts) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders or service requests.

Monitor timelines and progress

to ensure timely completion and delivery of commitments.

Follow up on pending payments

and ensure collection within agreed terms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including communication logs, quotations, and payment details. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and improved customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on enquiries, order status, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client relations. Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of sales/order management processes. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
