We are looking for a motivated and customer - focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves handling customer inquiries providing product/service information ,and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
.Handle client inquiries via phonemail, or in-person professionally.
.Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
.Provide accurate information about company products and services.
.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support,and operations) to ensure customer needs are met.
.Follow-up on leads and support sales activities when required.
.Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
.Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing,or a related field.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Good problem-solving and listening abilities.
.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
.Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
