Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales and service operations.
(Female candidates are preferred for this position.)

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide accurate information about products, services, and training programs. Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution. Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads. Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and customer documentation. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely communication.

Requirements:



Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle work professionally. Female candidates preferred.
