Act as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and issues.
Engage and communicate professionally across all channels.
Convert leads from social media and other sources.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain client records, quotations, and invoices in CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Support clients during events and resolve on-site issues.
Identify upselling opportunities and gather feedback for improvement.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
