JOB SUMMARY



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and customers, ensuring client satisfaction, handling inquiries, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Maintain customer records, feedback, and communication details in the CRM system.

Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and service updates.

Support sales and marketing activities to improve client engagement and retention.

Provide regular reports and updates on customer interactions and satisfacti

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
