Branch Manager / Relationship Manager

Job Purpose:



To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing prompt service, addressing queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through cross-selling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the branch. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust. Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to strengthen relationships.

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and cross-sell NBFC products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, insurance, etc. Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and customer interactions. Support the branch in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.

Customer Retention:

Identify inactive or potential churn customers and take proactive steps for retention. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection. Maintain a strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry for all customer transactions. Maintain updated customer records and follow compliance norms. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Collections, Operations) for smooth customer service. Assist in loan processing and disbursement formalities where required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability. Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion skills. Good knowledge of NBFC financial products and services. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Business/Finance preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in customer service, sales, or relationship management in NBFC/banking/financial sector.

Language:

Proficiency in local language and English.

Work Environment:



Branch-based role with occasional field/customer visits. Requires coordination with customers, branch staff, and regional teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,578.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
