Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
female candidate
for the role of
Customer Relationship Executive
in our Nexa Service Department. The CRE will be responsible for managing customer relations, handling escalations, ensuring superior service experience, and mentoring junior CREs to maintain
Nexa service excellence standards
.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for premium Nexa customers at the service centre.
Ensure smooth service operations by coordinating between customers, Service Advisors, and the technical team.
Handle customer queries, grievances, and escalations with professionalism.
Provide regular updates to customers on service progress, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
Conduct follow-up calls for feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain and analyze customer service records and share insights with management.
Support and guide Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) in their daily activities.
Participate in customer retention activities, loyalty programs, and service events.
Ensure compliance with
Maruti Suzuki Nexa standards
of hospitality and service quality.

Gender:
Female candidates only
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce/Management.
Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam.
Pleasant personality, leadership qualities, and customer-first approach.
Ability to manage a team, handle pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
