Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer-facing roles or customer service preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage). A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and enhance engagement.
