Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments.
Resolve complaints promptly and escalate critical issues when needed.
Maintain customer records and coordinate with finance on payment matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream.
1-2 years of customer relationship experience.
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam
.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and experienced in handling repayments.
