Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to aluminium doors and windows. Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales/estimation team. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback in a professional manner. Coordinate with production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems. Assist in after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction. Support marketing and sales initiatives by reaching out to leads and prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or client servicing (preferably in building materials/doors & windows/aluminium industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
