Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Client Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with large clients. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and business objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales Management:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales calls and client meetings to close deals and secure contracts.

Collections Management:



Oversee the collections process to ensure timely payment from clients. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing outstanding accounts. Work closely with the finance team to monitor and report on collections status.

Reporting and Analysis:



Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, and client engagement activities. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategy. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
