We're looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential clients. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Customer engagement: Regularly engage with customers through meetings, calls, and emails to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
3. Solution provision: Provide technical solutions and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
4. Sales growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and work with the sales team to close deals.
5. Customer feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the product development team.
6. Reporting and analysis: Track and analyze customer interactions, sales performance, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
2. Customer-focused: A customer-centric approach, with a strong desire to understand and meet customer needs.
3. Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
4. Sales experience: Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
