We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Assist in resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Support in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service/relationship management will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
