Customer Relationship Executive(Males only)

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to develop and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Your goal will be to handle enquiry calls and client calls and also lead them thoroughly through right information.

Responsibilities

*Build relationships with customers

*Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

*Collaborate with the team to ensure that they are connecting with the client

*Should be able to communicate fluently with the clients

Requirements

Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
*Customer-oriented attitude

*Education : minimum degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
