We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

for our Thrissur - Westfort branch. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining positive relationships, and handling basic documentation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the branch Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain strong and positive customer relationships Manage and update customer records and documentation Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: +2 or Degree Age limit: Up to 38 years Good communication skills in Malayalam (basic English is an added advantage) Basic computer knowledge preferred Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Preference for married women candidates
