Job Description

A Customer Relations Executive plays a vital role in managing clients and ensuring a smooth experience

Duties and responsibilities



Work with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue through strategic planning and promotions Promote additional services, upgrades, or amenities to enhance the client experience. Generate reports on leads, closing, appointments and patient feedback Provide information on package deals, promotions, and special offers. Stay informed about the clinics facilities, services, and policies. Keep track of dates of procedures and update the reservation system accordingly. Ensure accuracy in billing. Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience. Relay requests or requirements to relevant departments. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Utilize CRM tools to maintain a database of client information and preferences. Respond promptly to emails and phone calls regarding treatments. Foster positive relationships with all patients and clients Be flexible in handling last-minute changes and adjustments Solicit feedback from patients and report any recurring issues or suggestions to management.
A Customer Relations Executive in should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for clients. Additionally, knowledge of healthcare systems and a good understanding of the clinic's policies, standards and ethics are essential
