Bella Malaysia is seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

for our calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction through professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled Promote company services and ensure post-service engagement and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in

English and Tamil

(both spoken and written) is

mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred Energetic, approachable, and committed to delivering high-quality service Must be available for
