Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for client services, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. Assist with cash handling processes as required during transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage documentation. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in a call center environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various computer applications. Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring professionalism during all interactions. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs. Previous sales experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage customers effectively.
