Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and committed
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to join our studio team. As the first point of contact for our clients, your role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Manage and follow up on leads and inquiries
Address client concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with the studio team for smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate digital and physical client records
Report to the Team Leader
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in
English and Malayalam
Professional phone and in-person etiquette
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
