. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell society products:
Chit funds, gold loans, FDs, RDs, and shares
.
Actively source new customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local promotions.
Explain financial products and schemes clearly to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
Achieve individual and branch sales targets as per the monthly/quarterly plan.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals, top-ups, and cross-selling.
Support customer onboarding - documentation, KYC verification, and account processing.
Conduct customer meetings and community-based marketing activities to build trust and visibility.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, branch walk-ins, and society referrals.
Handle customer queries related to products and services, ensuring high satisfaction.
Work closely with branch teams to support customer service and documentation flow.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with a relationship-building mindset
Good knowledge of financial products (preferably chit funds and gold loans)
Comfortable with field sales and direct customer interaction
Educational Qualifications.
