We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand in-store and over the phone, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and service-related concerns. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information, recommendations, and in-store navigation.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and post-purchase support.
Maintain a strong understanding of all product lines to offer accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect and update customer data, feedback, and queries in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Confident and courteous telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent
Work Schedule:
6-day work week with one weekly off
