Job Description

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company Obtaining customer information and other relevant data Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements Obtaining and updating lists of individual's contact details Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items Noting important details of each conversation Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and perfomance Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers Meet and exceed sales target set by the organisation
