Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through outbound calls to provide information about products and services Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Assist in maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Strong typing skills for accurate data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
